My sweet Grace turned two today! I can not believe another year has past. I am so blessed to have a little girl, and I can’t wait for many more years with her.
The only way I could get Grace to hold still long enough to do her hair, is to restrain her, and bribe her with treats.
Lots of love from her family that night.
Grace was not at all pleased with her cup cake. She had the most sour face,
and then cried until we got her down from her seat (what a diva!).
Grace just loves baby Milo. I hope she is this sweet to Noah when he comes around!
This weeks family night was camping. We headed to the deep wilderness of Woodward Park! This was my husbands favorite family night so far (of course). It turned out great, except Micah was not very happy when he found out we were not actually going to spend the night. We did however soothe his pain, by letting him sleep in the tent that night in his room.
Daddy took them on a hike.
Micah loved helping with the fire!
Our treat of course was Smores.
Grace chilling in our tent.
These were our decorations. I had some already, and then borrowed some from Rhonda.
We read a story form our Curious George book.
We also colored Curious George pages.
We had banana milk shakes, and chocolate dippped banana’s for dessert!!!
Well tonight was our first family night. I am hoping
we can do one at least twice a month. Being that the
weather was so hot, I defiantly wanted to do something
indoors. It was really fun, and the kids had a blast.
Now of course Micah wants every night to be family night!
Our movie of choice was an old Disney Classic.
Daddy and Micah made whole made popcorn.
This was our snack selection, which they used tickets to buy the treats. Micah loved that, and he got to practice his counting.
Reagan turned 5 today. We all went swimming out at his place, even with the heat we had fun!
Thanks, Daniel and Julie for a fun party!
Grace had her supplies at hand, sunscreen and water!
