thought I better share
the recipe I use with you
Last night was the first of I hope many family potlucks. There was no good reason for it, other than we love potlucks! Our families all get along so great, but it is hard to all find the time to get together some time. We hope to have one every couple of months.
Our Menu Included:
Smoked Tritip, Enchilada Casserole, Home made
Macaroni and Cheese, Chili, Cornbread, Jello Salad,
Broccoli Salad, Rolls, Spanish Rice, Chocolate
Cupcakes, Berry Dump Cake, and Ice Cream!!
Tonight we celebrated my Dad’s birthday since he was back in town. We had is favorite’s Ribs and Tritip. We then topped that great meal off with some Cheese cake!
So this post is especially for you brother Nick. I hope you have a great day today. Wish we could spend it with you. Here is a special message just for you. Grace and Micah find this very hilarious! Happy Birthday Bro!!!
This year we had pizza with friends and family, followed by dessert at Sarah’s house. It was a nice night, and we all had a really nice time. It was simple, and not to chaotic which was the goal!
My mom wore this dress when she was three, and lived in Germany. I could not wait till Grace was big enough to fit in it. I can’t believe it was in such great shape. I have to give props to my mom. She worked really hard, tailoring it to fit her just right. She also made the head piece, with the fake braids! Thanks Mom, it really turned out great!
Micah was really looking forward to being Buzz. Julie let me borrow Reagan’s old costume, which worked great!
Noah was a Giraffe. Rhonda found this costume for him, and Sheree tailored it to fit him ( I have some many crafty helpers).
Buzz and Woody. So Cute!!!!!!!
