Mini Strawberry Pizza

Strawberry Pizza Tarts ( This pic was professionally taken by my husband. “Thanks hunny”)

This recipe made 12 mini tarts

2 rolls of sugar cookie dough

1 container of cool whip

1 package of cream cheese

Strawberries ( Large Costco Size)

1 packet of Strawberry Glaze mix (This tastes so much better then the premaid stuff)


I just pressed the dough into the tart pans, and baked at whatever temp the instructions said. The key is not to overcook your crust. You will probably cook it less then what the package says to.  Cool, and then remove from tins. Each roll does about 6 tarts.


Just follow the instructions on the package. It is really simple.  ( I got mine at Food For Less, in the produce area, where the salad dressings were.)

Add as much or as little glaze to your strawberries as desired.


Let the cream cheese soften a bit.  With your mixer beat the Cool Whip and cream cheese till combined.


Slice and sprinkle with a little sugar.

My Tips:

I like to prep everything ahead of time. I just put the cookie crusts in ziplocks to stay fresh. I chill all the other things. When I am about 20 min. or so away from serving them, then I put them together.  I do this so it does not get to soggy.  If you don’t do this make sure it is nice and chilled in the fridge.

    I made this recipe and it turned out amazing! I did have to change one thing. I didn’t have pie tart pans and when I went shopping for it I could not find one! So I used a whole role of cookie dough in one regular pie pan. This made it extremely thick and it took a long time to cook, but everyone loved it. One slice of this was like eating 3 cookies! I would change it next time, but everyone insisted they liked it that thick. Thank you so much for the great recipe! It’s a keeper!
